Terms of Use

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [FULL LEGAL COMPANY NAME] ("Agent Link," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Agent Link mobile application, website, and related services, including messaging, group conversations, calls, AI agents, connected tools, generated voices, avatars, notes, summaries, and tasks (together, the "Service").

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Any Acceptable Use Policy, subscription terms, organization agreement, or feature-specific terms we provide are also part of your agreement with us.

1. Who may use Agent Link

Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Agent Link is responsible for supervising the minor's use.

Authority. If you use Agent Link for a business, school, government body, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. Separate business or enterprise terms may apply.

Availability. You may use Agent Link only where the Service is legally available. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from receiving it, including applicable trade-control or sanctions laws.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, active sessions, connected services, and agent permissions. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, or private access tokens. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account, device, agent, or connected service has been compromised. We may require identity or age verification where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or provide age-appropriate features.

3. Using the Service

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Service for lawful purposes.

You must follow these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, in-product rules, and applicable law. You are responsible for the people, agents, content, tools, and recipients you choose to interact with.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or exploitative activity.
  • Violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights.
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, discriminate against, or exploit another person.
  • Create, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Encourage suicide, self-harm, violence, terrorism, or other serious harm.
  • Create or distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass security, or interfere with a system or account.
  • Use an agent to make unauthorized purchases, transfers, communications, account changes, or other actions.
  • Impersonate a person or deceptively present AI-generated content as authentic human content.
  • Clone or use a person's voice, face, likeness, name, or identity without all rights and consent required by law.
  • Secretly record, transcribe, monitor, or intercept a call or communication when consent is required.
  • Send spam, conduct phishing, manipulate engagement, or make unauthorized automated contact.
  • Scrape, harvest, or automatically extract content or personal information except through a method we expressly authorize.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, discover source code or model components, bypass rate limits, disable safeguards, or disrupt the Service, except where applicable law prohibits this restriction.
  • Use the Service or output to make unlawful or solely automated high-impact decisions about another person, including decisions involving employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, medical care, legal rights, or essential services.
  • Use Agent Link in a way that creates an unreasonable risk of physical injury, property damage, rights violations, or other serious harm.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, disable an agent or integration, suspend an account, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or others.

4. AI agents and automated actions

Agent Link uses artificial intelligence. AI agents may respond to messages, join conversations or calls, create summaries and tasks, generate media, use connected tools, or take actions within the permissions and approvals configured for them.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate. AI can misunderstand instructions, select the wrong recipient or tool, repeat an action, fail to complete an action, or behave unexpectedly.

You must evaluate output for accuracy and suitability before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. You must use human review when reasonably appropriate. Do not rely on AI output as a sole source of truth or as a replacement for professional advice.

You are responsible for:

  • Selecting and reviewing an agent's instructions, permissions, connected tools, recipients, and available context.
  • Confirming important facts and reviewing sensitive or consequential actions before approval.
  • Making sure you have authority to provide an agent with messages, files, credentials, or other information.
  • Monitoring agents you deploy or invite and stopping or removing them when appropriate.
  • Confirming that an action completed successfully and was not duplicated.

Approval controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Do not connect an agent to an account or tool capable of causing consequences you are unwilling to review and accept.

The Service is not designed for autonomous use in emergencies, life-support systems, weapons, critical infrastructure, or other situations where an error or delay could cause death, personal injury, or severe damage.

5. Calls, recording, voices, and avatars

You are responsible for following all laws that apply to calls, recording, transcription, monitoring, and consent. Laws may depend on where every participant is located. Do not record or transcribe a conversation without providing notice and obtaining consent when required.

You may upload or create a voice, avatar, image, or likeness only if you own it or have all necessary licenses and permissions. You may not use generated media to deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, or falsely imply that a person said, did, approved, or endorsed something.

Generated speech, voices, images, and avatars may resemble real people or other content by coincidence. They are not identity verification and should not be treated as proof of authenticity.

6. Your content

"Input" means content you provide to the Service. "Output" means content generated or returned by the Service based on Input. Input and Output are together called "Content."

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your Content and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases needed to provide, use, share, record, or process it. Do not provide confidential or sensitive information unless necessary and authorized.

Ownership. As between you and Agent Link, you keep your ownership rights in Input. To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, we assign to you any rights we may have in Output generated specifically for you. This does not give you ownership of Agent Link, its software, models, designs, trademarks, or another user's content.

Similar output. AI output may not be unique. Other users may receive the same or similar output. Rights assigned to you do not include another user's output or third-party material.

License needed to operate the Service. You give Agent Link a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, modify, format, and otherwise process Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; follow your instructions; enforce these Terms; and comply with law. This license ends when the Content is deleted from our active systems, except for copies reasonably retained under the Privacy Policy or content shared with others.

Model training. Agent Link does not use your Content to train AI models. If you connect an outside AI provider using your own account or API key, that provider may process Content under its own terms, privacy policy, and account settings. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before using the connection.

Feedback. If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, but we are not required to use them.

7. Other users and shared content

Agent Link enables communication with other people and agents. You control what you choose to send, but you may not be able to retract content after delivery. A recipient may copy, record, screenshot, download, or share it. We are not responsible for a recipient's independent conduct, but we may provide reporting and moderation tools.

Group owners or organization administrators may manage members, permissions, content, agents, and settings. If you join an organization-controlled workspace, the organization may control your workspace account and content under its agreement with Agent Link.

Public or shared links may allow anyone with the link to view content. Review recipients and sharing settings before publishing or sending a link.

8. Third-party services and providers

The Service may connect to third-party AI models, apps, websites, tools, storage providers, payment processors, notification services, speech services, media generators, or other products. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to their products and independent processing.

Agent Link does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. We do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, safety, security, or continued compatibility. A provider may change or discontinue a feature.

If you connect a third-party account or direct an agent to use it, you authorize Agent Link to exchange the information reasonably needed to complete your request. You are responsible for having authority to use the account and for reviewing the third party's terms.

9. Intellectual property and brand use

Agent Link and its licensors own the Service, software, visual design, documentation, technology, trademarks, logos, and other materials we provide, excluding your Content and third-party material.

These Terms do not grant you a right to use Agent Link's name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or branding except with written permission or as allowed by published brand guidelines.

You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by us or applicable law.

10. Copyright and content complaints

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on Agent Link infringes your copyright or other rights, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the work, locate the content, contact you, and understand the basis of your complaint.

[IF AGENT LINK OPERATES IN THE UNITED STATES AND HOSTS USER CONTENT, APPOINT AND REGISTER A DMCA AGENT AND INSERT THE REQUIRED DMCA NOTICE AND COUNTER-NOTICE PROCESS BEFORE PUBLICATION.]

11. Paid services, subscriptions, and cancellation

Agent Link does not currently offer configured paid subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, prices, taxes, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase.

If you purchase through Apple, Google, or another app marketplace, that marketplace's billing and refund rules may apply. You may need to manage or cancel the subscription through the marketplace account used for purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew only if disclosed at purchase and permitted by law. You authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for each renewal until cancellation. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, stated in a refund policy, or approved by the applicable app marketplace. We will provide legally required notice of material price increases.

RevenueCat is present in the software but is not currently configured to process purchases. These billing terms must be reviewed and updated before any paid plan launches.

12. Beta and experimental features

We may label features as beta, preview, experimental, early access, or similar. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, perform unexpectedly, or be discontinued. Do not use them for important or high-risk purposes. Additional terms may apply.

13. Accessibility

We want people with disabilities to be able to use Agent Link. However, Agent Link has not yet completed [AN INDEPENDENT ACCESSIBILITY AUDIT / CONFIRM CURRENT STATUS], and some features or third-party integrations may not work fully with assistive technologies.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact [email protected]. We will review the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide support or an alternative method. Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable accessibility law.

14. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice if we discontinue a paid Service. If required by law, we will provide an appropriate refund for prepaid, unused service.

The Service may experience delays, interruptions, errors, or data loss. Keep independent copies of important information and do not depend on Agent Link as the only storage location for critical content.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account through Settings > Data > Delete account or email [email protected] to request deletion, subject to the Privacy Policy and any organization controls.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably determine that:

  • You materially or repeatedly violated these Terms or another applicable policy.
  • Your use creates risk or harm to Agent Link, a user, a third party, or the Service.
  • We must act to comply with law or a valid legal request.
  • Payment is overdue or reversed.

We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to address urgent security, safety, legal, or abuse risks. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to appeal at [email protected].

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about ownership, licenses, fees owed, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and enforcement.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT LINK AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND SECURITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, UNIQUE, SAFE, SECURE, AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL NOT BE LOST OR CHANGED.

YOU ACCEPT THAT AI OUTPUT MAY BE WRONG AND THAT USE OF THE SERVICE, CONNECTED TOOLS, AND OUTPUT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU MUST NOT RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT LINK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF AGENT LINK AND THE PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AGENT LINK FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) [US $100].

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law. [QUALIFIED COUNSEL MUST REVIEW THE LIABILITY CAP AND ALL CONSUMER-LAW EXCEPTIONS FOR LAUNCH JURISDICTIONS.]

18. Indemnity

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, to the extent permitted by law, that organization will defend and indemnify Agent Link and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from its Content, its use of the Service, or its violation of these Terms or applicable law.

[COUNSEL MUST DECIDE WHETHER A CONSUMER INDEMNITY IS APPROPRIATE AND ENFORCEABLE. DO NOT ADD A BROAD CONSUMER INDEMNITY WITHOUT REVIEW.]

19. Disputes, governing law, and arbitration

[THIS SECTION MUST BE COMPLETED BY QUALIFIED COUNSEL AFTER CONFIRMING THE LEGAL ENTITY, HOME STATE, LAUNCH COUNTRIES, AND DESIRED DISPUTE PROCESS.]

At minimum, the final Terms should state:

  • The law governing the agreement.
  • The courts or location that may hear disputes.
  • Whether informal dispute resolution is required first.
  • Whether disputes must be individually arbitrated.
  • How a user may opt out of arbitration and the deadline for doing so.
  • Any class-action or jury-trial waiver, where enforceable.
  • Any small-claims, intellectual-property, emergency-relief, or public-injunctive-relief exceptions.
  • Special consumer protections and local-court rights that remain available.

Do not copy another company's arbitration clause. Arbitration language is jurisdiction-specific and can become unenforceable if notice, opt-out, fees, mass-filing procedures, or consumer protections are inadequate.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Service, safety requirements, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide advance notice and request acceptance when required. Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless law permits otherwise. If you do not agree to an updated version, you must stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

21. General terms

Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies or additional terms they incorporate are the entire agreement between you and Agent Link concerning the consumer Service, unless a separate signed agreement applies.

Order of precedence. If feature-specific or paid-service terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that feature or purchase. An organization agreement may control for an organization-managed workspace.

Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written permission. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and Agent Link, except where they expressly state otherwise.

Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices electronically where permitted by law. Keep your contact information current.
